We carefully inspect each item before it leaves our facility, if you received a damaged or incorrect item we will send a replacement of the same exact (or correct) size and style at no charge. A photo of the damage or incorrect item is needed and can be sent to sales@tyfeonline.com with your order number. In some cases the original item may need to be returned to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, the item will be replaced with the same exact item, no sizing or other changes.

No refunds or exchanges are provided for sizing errors. Please review an item's size chart before purchasing.
